– Payment Terms: Payments are typically structured in stages: an upfront deposit, milestone payments, and a final payment upon completion.

– Methods of Payment: We accept payments through wire transfer via Western Union.

– Late Payments: Late payments may incur a late fee of 10% of project fee.

 

  1. Client Responsibilities

– Content and Materials: Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and materials required for the project.

– Approval and Feedback: Timely approval and feedback are crucial for the project timeline. Delays in client responses may result in project delays.

 

  1. Revisions and Scope Changes

– Revisions: Our services include 2-3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

– Scope Changes: Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work will be subject to additional charges and may affect the project timeline.

 

  1. Intellectual Property

– Ownership: Upon full payment, clients will own the final website design and development work. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio.

– Licenses: Clients must ensure they have the necessary licenses for any third-party content provided to us.

 

  1. Confidentiality

We agree to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.

 

  1. Support and Liability

– Support: We offer 1 month of post-launch support for troubleshooting and minor adjustments. During this period, we will fix any bugs or issues at no additional cost.

– Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

 

  1. Termination

– Termination by Client: Clients may terminate the project at any time. In such cases, the client will be responsible for paying for work completed up to the termination date.

– Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate a project if the client breaches these Terms or fails to make timely payments.

 

  1. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website (https://codeopix.com/). Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

 

  1. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, and governmental actions.

Our services may involve the use of additional services (e.g., hosting providers, payment gateways). We are not responsible for the performance or reliability of these additional services.
